Build a bespoke formulation or choose from our stock range, then brand it — including custom printed packaging if you want it.
- 04We ship it
We arrange shipment and delivery wherever you need it, anywhere in the world.
Samples & prototypes
We produce sample sheets of your formulation: three sheets of US Letter (8.5″ × 11″) coated patch film, for you to cut up and test as you need.
These are for ingredient and adhesive testing only — we cannot print, cut, colour, perforate or do any design work on them. Lead time is 4–5 weeks.
Bespoke patches min. order
We are a bulk manufacturer and are not set up for small-scale production, so our minimums are real ones: 300 square metres per formulation.
That figure is for a formula developed exclusively for you. If it is beyond your current run, the other two routes start far lower and reach a shelf the same way: the Ready Made Collection is existing stock you brand on the outer packaging, and Your Brand, Our Formula prints your own artwork onto one of our existing formulations.
